Yup, you read it absolutely right! Kriti Sanon has been into sports ever since her childhood. And at a very young age, she recognized her inclination for boxing. She started training for the same, and soon, became a state-level boxer. 

Although she was quite good at boxing, she eventually had to quit it in order to pursue her acting career. However, she often practices kickboxing with her trainer, and shares snippets from her sessions, inspiring her countless fans. 

Here's A Sneak Peek Into Kriti Sanon's Fitness Regime 

The 'Mimi' actress is remarkably dedicated when it comes to fitness. For workouts, she adheres to an intense and rigorous regimen that involves a combination of yoga, cardio, and strength training. Her 45-minute cardio session includes everything from running to jogging to swimming. After that, she indulges in weightlifting for about an hour. And then she practices yoga to improve her flexibility. 

As far as diet is concerned, Kriti believes in eating clean and home-cooked meals. She never follows a restricted diet as her life mantra is "Eat Everything, Burn Everything Out With Workout"! However, she focuses on eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and maintains a protein-rich diet. And she mostly avoids all kinds of junk and processed foods. In her words, "It’s important to watch what you eat, when you eat, and the gap between your meals. Have smaller portions every two hours. I sometimes like having dates too, it gives you instant energy.”

Besides, she makes it a point to meditate for at least 10 minutes every day.
