The Monsoon Session commences today and will include 19 sittings until August 12, during which the government plans to introduce six bills. The session will also seek Parliament's approval for the Jammu and Kashmir budget, currently under central administration. Additionally, Sitharaman is set to present the Economic Survey to Parliament today.
The Monsoon Session, highlighted by Finance Minister Sitharaman presenting the Union Budget tomorrow, i.e.- Tuesday, is set for a heated debate. The united opposition, including the INDIA bloc, aims to challenge the Centre on issues such as the NEET paper leak and railway safety.
