How To Make Yummy Crackers at home

A juice jug and the smell of summer shimmering in the air. Doesn't the very thought of healthy homemade crackers bring water to your mouth? Of course, it does! When you think of homemade, probably the DIY projects that aid you are soap, room fresheners and cereals. Crackers are not the first thing that clicks your mind when you want to prepare it at home until you try this fantastic recipe! Let's start with the ingredients required to make your crackers. For starters you will need, 3 cups of whole-grain flour. Two teaspoons of sugar. 2 spoons salt. 4 spoon extra virgin olive oil. 1 cup water One spoon of sesame seed One spoon poppy seed. One spoon sea salt.   For your equipments you will need a mixing bowl, measuring cups and spoons, a spatula, rolling pins, a pastry brush, a pizza cutter, a baking sheet, and a dinner fork.   Once you have everything ready on the kitchen shelf, heat the oven to 450 degrees F and place the rack on the lowest shelf of the oven. Sprinkle the baking sheet lightly with flour and keep it aside. In a medium bowl, whisk the salt, sugar and flour together while adding flour and water. Divide the dough into squares and set half of it aside. Pat it into squares with your hands. Pat the dough and roll it on thinner sheets and let it rest for five minutes. Brush the surface slightly with water, combine the seeds in a small bowl, and sprinkle half of them evenly. Using a pizza cutter, cut individual dough pieces by 1 to 2 inches into diamond pieces. Transfer the crackers to a baking sheet with a fork. Use a metal spatula or scraper to keep the cracker close to each other. Prick the dough to let the air out. Bake for 12-15 minutes till the edges are brown. Follow the baking to ensure all are cooked just right. Cool them and put the crackers. Make sure you store them in airtight containers. If they turn soggy, you can bake them again at 350 degrees F to retain the rigidity. If you want your crackers to stand out for a special occasion, you can paint icing on them to make it look even more special.
