The old documents give a glimpse into the early lives of Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, who ended up changing the world we live in.

Apple co-founder Steve Jobs and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates are two of the most iconic figures in the world of technology. They have contributed so much to the field, and have altered the world that we live in today. And now adding to the excitement, their resumes, created when they were 18, have now resurfaced on social media and sparked an online buzz. More so, these vintage documents give a glimpse into their early lives, and how they ended up becoming tech innovators from simple teenagers.

In the 1973 resume of Steve Jobs, he has mentioned his focus on electronics and technology. Jobs went on to revolutionise the tech industry with the brand Apple, and why not, he had listed "electronics" and "tech" as his special abilities in his resume.

Coming to Bill Gates' resume from 1971, the tech titan mentioned his experience with various programming languages, including FORTRAN, COBOL and BASIC, and computers, including PDP-10, PDP-8, and CDC-6400. Revealing his salary of $35,000, which was huge for a young student in the 1970s, Gates highlighted his ongoing partnership with Paul G Allen. It was with Allen that Gates would later co-found Microsoft.

Meanwhile, ever since the resumes surfaced online on social media platform X, people have been calling the two tech legends as "fascinating". "This is history. It's fantastic!" a user commented on X.

Another commented, "Steve Jobs even wrote the date correctly, something that escapes most Americans."

Coming to Steve Jobs, he not only co-founded Apple Inc and Pixar Animation Studios, but he also launched the Apple II, which is known to be one of the first successful personal computers. He left the company in 1985, only to return in 1997 and revolutionise it with products like the iMac, iPod, iPhone, and iPad. Under his leadership, the company became one of the most well known brands in the world. He passed away on October 5, 2011.

As for Bill Gates, he is the co-founder of Microsoft Corporation, the world's largest software company. He, along with Paul Allen, launched the company in 1975. He reportedly started writing his code when he was just 13. Together, Gates and Allen developed the operating system MS-DOS, before the company released Windows in 1985. With the launch of Windows, a graphical user interface for MS-DOS, the tech and software industry along with personal computing was changed forever.

Nonetheless, Gates is also known for his philanthropic efforts, and he established the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in 2000. Currently, he is not involved in Microsoft's day-to-day operations, but sticks to his post of company's technology advisor.
