Sanjay Dutt To Play Dhak Deva In KD-The Devil: A Look At His Assets Including Homes, Supercars And More

Helmed by Prem and also starring Dhruva Sarja, KD-The Devil will release on the silver screens in December, 2024.

Sanjay Dutt is all set to feature as Dhak Deva in the upcoming period-action film KD - The Devil. The actor’s first-look poster was released by director Prem on the occasion of the actor’s 65th birthday on Monday, July 29.

“The Lord of Devil’s Democracy, Dhak Deva, steps into #KD’s Vintage Battlefield, bringing a storm of intensity. Here’s wishing our beloved #SanjayDutt sir a very Happy Birthday! We’re delighted to have him in #KDTheDevil. Happy birthday baba,” the 47-year-old filmmaker shared on X. Take a look:

The poster features Dutt sporting a police cap, black shades and a red tilak on his forehead. He is seen posing alongside a blue vintage car in the background. KD - The Devil also stars Dhruva Sarja as Kaalidasa Alam and its cast includes Shilpa Shetty, Nora Fatehi, Ramesh Aravind, Jisshu Sengupta and V Ravichandran.

As per the official synopsis of the film on IMDb, “In the early 1970s. Petty criminal Kaali unwittingly involves himself with underworld thugs, catalyzing events beyond his control.”  It is reportedly based on events from Bangalore in the 1970s, and is slated to release in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi languages.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Dutt was last seen in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s 2023 film Leo, and he also has romantic drama Ghudchadi along with Raveena Tandon in the pipeline.

Nonetheless, in a career spanning four decades, he recently ventured into South films, and even starred in Yash's K.G.F: Chapter 2 apart from Thalapathy Vijay's Leo. He is one of the most recognisable names in Hindi cinema, and has a strong net worth and ultra-expensive possessions.
