Oprah Winfrey’s Dogs

Oprah has had over 20 dogs throughout her life, many of whom she has sadly lost. Longtime fans might remember her cocker spaniels Sophie and Solomon, as well as her golden retriever Luke. These dogs are reportedly protected by a staggering $30 million trust in case anything happens to their beloved owner. “Over the years, I have felt the truest, purest love—the love of God, really, I imagine that’s what God’s love feels like—is the love that comes from your dog,” Oprah said.

Elvis Presley’s Monkey

Presley had a variety of pets, but none were as beloved as his chimpanzee, Scatter. Eventually, Scatter became too unruly to accompany Presley on tour and had to be sent back to Graceland, Presley's Tennessee estate, where he spent the remainder of his days.
