Reportedly, the amount of money paid to Justin Bieber for his performance was more than what the Ambanis gave to Rihanna.

The pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant have become the talk of the town, and the buzz around it refuses to die down. Their wedding is one of the most highlighted extravaganzas of the century and the who’s who of the entertainment and the business world have been attending the Ambani scion’s youngest son’s wedding celebrations. In fact, a lot of renowned artists from across the globe have performed for Anant and Radhika’s pre-wedding functions.

The latest addition to the list of performers was Canadian singer Justin Bieber. The singer performed some of his hit songs as the crème de la crème of Bollywood took part in the celebrations. However, as per reports, Ambanis have paid a whopping amount paid to Justin Bieber, and the amount was much more than what the Ambanis paid to Rihanna.

According to a BBC report, the Ambanis have paid an amount of USD 10 million (IN 83 crore approx.) to the ‘Baby’ singer. Check out the list of celebrities who performed at their pre-wedding bashes and how much they charged for the events:

Justin Bieber — INR 83 crore

The singer performed hits like ‘Sorry’, ‘Peaches’, ‘Where Are You Now’, and more as he took the stage at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding celebrations. The 30-year-old singer was reportedly paid USD 10 million (INR 83 crore approx.) to perform at the Sangeet (musical night).

Rihanna — INR 66 – INR 74 crore

Rihanna was the highlight performer at the first pre-wedding event of Ambanis that took place in March 2024 in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Reportedly, Rihanna charged a whopping amount somewhere between INR 66 – 74 crore, according to a Business Today report.

Diljit Dosanjh — INR 4 crore

Diljit Dosanjh certainly had everyone dancing to his tunes at the first pre-wedding bash of Anant and Radhika. As per media reports, Diljit was paid a massive INR 4 crore for the performance.

Katy Perry — INR 45 crore

During the second Ambani pre-wedding cruise around Europe with 800 VIP guests, iconic pop star Katy Perry performed. As per reports, she charged close to INR 45 crore for her performance at the pre-wedding event of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.

The Backstreet Boys — INR 4 – INR 7 crore

The Backstreet Boys came together to perform at the second pre-wedding bash of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean, and Kevin Richardson reportedly took home INR 4 to 7 crore.

Shakira — INR 10 – INR 15 crore

The Hips Dont Lie star made a whopping amount between INR 10-15 crore for the Ambani gig at the second pre-wedding Ambani bash on the cruise.

Akon — INR 2 -INR 4 crore

Akon performed for the Ambani guests at the Jamnagar bash, and he got all the Bollywood stars in attendance grooving. According to Outlook India, he took home an amount of INR 2 to 4 crore, for the act.

Lucky Ali — INR 10 lakh

For Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant pre-wedding bash, Lucky Ali sang O Sanam and the crowd crooned back ‘Tere Pyaar ki Kasam’. The singer was reportedly paid INR 10 lakh for his performance.
