Director James Foley did not feel like putting much effort into the name when he made a remake of 'Darr'. He literally used the English translation of the word 'Darr' but at least changed a few elements in the film to make it more suitable for the Western audience.
Not a blatant copy but the Salman Khan-starrer comedy film 'Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya' had a remake in Hollywood named Just Go With It starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston. Plot was slightly changed but the overall movie was more or less similar.
Other honourable mentions included Dinner Date With Tad Hamilton and Leap Year.
