India Couture Week 2025: From Designers To Showstoppers, All The Highlights You Cannot Miss

From groundbreaking storytelling to showstoppers that made us go aww, here are all the standout moments from India Couture Week 2025.

India Couture Week 2025, presented by FDCI, has been running from July 23rd to July 30th, and this year has been just about fashion but about storytelling and reinvention. It has yet again been pushing the traditional limits of couture with taking pride in Indian craftsmanship.

Check out the front-row details of everything that made this season unforgettable so far:

DAY ONE

Rahul Mishra – Becoming Love

Designer Rahul Mishra opened the fashion week with Becoming Love—a collection that was equal parts celestial and emotional. And all his creations shimmered like constellations in motion, from butterfly-shaped bodices to 3D roses. The show closed with Tamannaah Bhatia, as she stunned in a pastel, hand-painted lehenga that looked like an artist’s dream garden.

DAY TWO

Roseroom by Isha Jajodia – Whispers of Love To Myself

Isha Jajodia’s Whispers of Love To Myself was bridalwear, reimagined. It is believed that each piece took over 500 hours to make, and featured delicate lace, 18K gold, and feminine silhouettes. It had four chapters – Dear Innocence, To My Becoming, With Love, Always, and I Am – with details of pearls, and featherlight capes. Riddhima Kapoor Sahni turned showstopper for it as she embodied timeless glamour.

Suneet Varma – Twilight Romance

Suneet Varma had a palette of moonlit silvers, starry blacks, and oceanic blues. His outfits featured sequinned details, feathered shoulders, sculpted sherwanis, and more. Tara Sutaria turned showstopper in a corseted gown with crystals and lace, and it was a perfect ode to old-world charm and modern confidence.

DAY THREE

Amit Aggarwal – Arcanum

Amit Aggarwal explored inner worlds and outer space in his collection that featured futuristic tech with sacred geometry. His designs were sculpted dresses, tailored suits with models moving through an eerie soundscape with masks on. He fused structure with soul, and it was truly ahead of its time.

Falguni & Shane Peacock – Royal Rebels

Falguni & Shane Peacock delivered a glitter-soaked spectacle, and his collection blended Indian royalty with feathers, sequins, capes, sheer panels, and more. The showstopper was Akshay Kumar, who looked regal in a white sherwani and totally owned the runway.
