The final match of the season saw Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bengaluru clash, and Bengaluru eventually won. While the victory was a team effort, Krunal Pandya’s two wickets in four overs at an economy of 4.25 were brilliant. Despite Bengaluru’s meagre 190 in a high-scoring IPL season, Pandya’s bowling efforts helped the team defend the total.
