First, blend the mangoes in a blender (using water) until it gets a smooth consistency. Add yogurt, milk, sugar, and ice cubes, and blend again to mix all of these evenly. Now, add the chia seeds and stir with a teaspoon for a couple of minutes.

Combine the mangoes, yogurt, milk, honey, water, turmeric, ginger, and ice cubes in a blender, and blend until it turns into a smooth paste. If it's too thick, you can add some more milk or water to get the desired consistency. Now, pour the lassi in a glass, garnish with some cardamom powder, and serve!

Mango Almond Lassi

Mango almond lassi is another amazing option that you can have during summer.

You need 1 ripe mango, 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1/4 cup of almond milk, 1/4 cup of water, 2 teaspoons of honey, 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder, a few ice cubes, and a handful of chopped almonds.

First, blend mangoes, yogurt, almond milk, honey, and water in a blender. When it gets the desired consistency, add honey and ice cubes to it, and blend again. Now, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, and then pour it into a glass. Top with chopped almonds and serve!
